In BITERMO, we know how to provide for pleasantly cool rooms during the summer and precisely temperate spaces during the winter. We link this demanding task to the environment. The relation toward the environment is further reflected in the relation towards energy, thus, in our work we combine the requirements and wishes of our customers by applying modern sustainable energy solutions

Sustainable use of energy is a necessary prerequisite and component part in our renovation projects. We are happy introducing systems, which help our investors decrease operating costs as well as lower environmental impact.

We entirely use the thermal energy produced by cooling systems (e.g. in hotels) for the preparation of hot water, thus rendering the operation of a boiler room during the summer time unnecessary. Energy, which is released when operating a compressor to produce compressed air, is used for heating the production halls during the winter. Moreover, the Mediterranean climate allows the use of heat pumps, which cool during the summer and heat the premises during the winter without using any additional energy source.

The installation of air-conditioning systems in existing objects usually raises the problem of sufficient electric energy supply. In order to avoid an increase in electric energy costs, we have successfully introduced a great novelty, i.e. the use of a cooling storage and cooling unit running on gas.

Moreover, we have introduced rationalization in classic installation elements. The distribution of air with blowing cool air from the side allows a decrease by almost half the amount of processed air, ensuring air-conditioning without draft and decreased operating costs.
